Sensei John Halpin

8th Dan Seiku-Kan Karate-Do

(1941-2007)

Sensei Halpin was the President of the Australian Karate Federation (AKF), Oceania Karate Federation (OKF) and the Treasurer of the World Karate Federation (WKF). He was foundation Karate-Ka of Karate-Do in Queensland. He remained a man of great integrity and fortitude despite the many and various challenges he faced.

Sensei John Halpin was a great man. He will be deeply missed, but not forgotten by QKA Inc. members.
